Through mental health coaching and Biblical counseling, my goal is to empower my clients to become who they were created to be and live out their life purpose. I provide holistic and restorative care through neurolinguistic programming, faith-based counseling, psychoeducation, and other therapeutic methods to address maladaptive behavior and to change thought patterns. In my work as a coach and Christian counselor, my passion is to educate people and provide affordable mental health care to minorities and communities of color.
Using coaching and Biblical counseling, I help move people from a life of pain to a life of purpose. My own life’s journey has enabled me to help my clients from an authentic perspective. Therefore, I strive to provide wellness coaching, pastoral care, life and purpose coaching, and mental health care that makes an impact on my client’s lives, their family systems, and generations to come.

With my diverse background, I am fully equipped to work with people from different walks of life to achieve transformation and wholeness. I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ issues, pre-marital/marital counseling, life purpose coaching, and parenting coaching. I am an avid learner of the neurobiology of trauma and I also conduct trauma-informed groups for women.
I use freedom sessions, mental health coaching, belief therapy, and neurolinguistic programming to provide a life-long holistic change in any lifestyle.
