My name is Elsa Christie Marley (Elsa Christie) and I am a Mental Health Coach and Biblical Counselor, and so much more. I often tell people that I am the Jill of All Trades, a Renaissance Woman, and I am unapologetically African. I was born and raised in Yaounde, Cameroon, and can cook some jollof rice and fufu like no other. You will sometimes hear me switch to an “African” accent or speak Pidgin English really quickly. It is a form of art that has to be witnessed to be appreciated. As a mental health coach and biblical counselor, my desire is to see people journey from a life of pain to living in purpose. I am also a mom to a sweet young man, an entrepreneur, speaker, writer, Christian counselor, and an advocate for current and former foster youth, and those who’ve endured a life of abuse and/or sexual exploitation or human trafficking. My mission in life is to provide freedom to people who have been abused by helping them heal from past pain, restore their identity, and discover their purpose.

I LOVE life but more specifically, dining, traveling, music, and making new memories with family and friends. I am a life-long learner and I thoroughly enjoy talking about mental health, politics, theology, philosophy, relationships, and law. My love for people shows in my devotion to serving them, my local community, and non-profit organizations that are near and dear to my heart. As a missionary, I am passionate about equipping organizations to provide mental health care to survivors of abuse, and sharing the Gospel of Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus). My educational background is in Criminal Justice, Theology, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Although I have been through some devastatingly painful experiences, I recognize that it is both the beautiful and painful parts of life that have made me who I am today. I am a God-fearing; mother, daughter, friend, and business owner who strives to live a life according to scripture and salvation through Yeshua the Messiah. I encourage men, women, and children to continuously seek the Lord in all things they do in life, to follow the desires of their heart, and DREAM BIG!
