Elsa Christie Marley is a Biblical counselor and missionary whose passion is to see people free from past pain and walking in their God given identity and purpose. Through her non-profit organization, The Repurpose Global Initiative (aka Repurpose), she provides mental health solutions for survivors of abuse by partnering with churches, existing organizations and individuals. She ministers to believers and non-believers in order to Free, Evangelize, Engage and Disciple (F.E.E.D.) people in the U.S. and abroad. Although her ministry to the nations is primarily consecrated in Africa and Asia, she serves in other parts of the world and is passionate about local and international outreach.

As a missionary, Elsa comes alongside growing and established organizations to help serve their communities. She leads teams on mission “discovery” trips and offers mental health and spiritual formation trainings, prophetic worship encounters, seminars, and financial support. Her desire is to bridge the global gap between missions & mental health.
Elsa’s hope is to nourish spiritual growth, inner-healing, and to empower people she ministers to. Her focus as a missionary is primarily to countries located in the 10/40 window, because they are in dire need of the Gospel and mental health care due to the trauma and abuse that many experience. On mission discovery trips, she trains and disciples on topics like leadership, freedom, healing, purpose and mental health, and she equips organizations and the community. Locally, Elsa serves church plants, people with low-income, those with mental illness, the unhoused community, and women who have experienced sexual abuse and/or sexual exploitation. She seeks to continue making a difference through spiritual, educational, and vocational outreach as a field worker with your support.
WHAT WE DO
1. Provide free crisis and trauma training to churches, organizations, families and missionaries in the 10/40 window.
2. Lead teams on mission discovery trips to study from and to support organizations and field missionaries.
3. Give low-cost to FREE counseling, coaching and pastoral care to survivors of trauma and abuse.
4. Host conferences, prayer gatherings, worship encounters and do street evangelism to seek and save the lost.
5. Offer discipleship classes, Bible study groups, and other programs to facilitate spiritual and mental health growth.
